All products available on Poliada Marketplace — such as in-game resources, levels, and digital content — are digital goods. Once purchased and delivered, these goods cannot be returned.

b. Withdrawal Right Waiver

Under EU law, consumers typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply once digital content is delivered and the user has agreed to immediate delivery.

By purchasing a digital product on Poliada Marketplace, you:
