 1. Introduction

 

Welcome to the Poliada Marketplace, a digital distribution platform operated by POLIADA world UAB, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Marketplace, whether as a buyer or as a developer.

By using the Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. What Is Poliada Marketplace?

 

The Poliada Marketplace is a curated European digital storefront designed to facilitate the sale and purchase of in-game digital content, including but not limited to:

• In-game resources (e.g., currency, items)
  

• Level packs and expansions
  

• Cosmetic enhancements and upgrades
  

• Access passes or unlocks
  
  

Key platform characteristics include:

• All purchases are processed exclusively in Euros (€)
  

• The platform is intended only for users and developers based in or serving the European Economic Area (EEA)
  

• We focus on supporting high-quality games that meet robust technical and user-experience standards
  

• Every transaction is governed by EU consumer protection laws
  
  

3. For Buyers

 

a. Payments

• All payments must be made in Euro (€) using supported and secure payment methods.
  

• Payment processing is handled by licensed third-party providers that meet European compliance standards.
  
  

b. Transaction Finality

• All purchases are considered final once the digital content is delivered and accessed.
  

• Refunds are available only in exceptional cases as defined in our Refund Policy.
  

• Buyers are encouraged to review item details carefully prior to confirming a purchase.
  
  

c. Delivery of Content

• Purchased items are delivered within the associated game via a secure integration mechanism.
  

• Delivery is typically instantaneous, but may experience delays due to technical issues or network errors.
  

• In the event of non-delivery or technical failure, buyers should contact support at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  
  

d. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers are responsible for ensuring compatibility between their game account and the Poliada Marketplace.
  

• All content is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.
  

• Any attempt to resell or redistribute purchased content is strictly prohibited.
  
  

4. For Game Developers

 

a. Eligibility and Approval

• Developers must be legal entities or registered individuals with the right to operate commercially within the EEA.
  

• Only games that meet our technical integration requirements, content quality standards, and compliance with local laws will be approved for listing.
  

• All submissions are reviewed by our internal team before publication on the Marketplace.
  
  

b. Game Integration

Developers will work with our team to integrate their games using our Core System, which provides:

• SKU-based inventory management
  
  
• Price setting and currency controls
  
  
• Purchase validation and confirmation callbacks
  
  
• Secure delivery of digital assets

 The integration process includes both technical onboarding and a quality control review.

c. Developer Dashboard & Business Tools

Each developer gains access to a dedicated dashboard to:

• Upload and manage digital assets
  
  
• Configure prices (in €)
  
  
• Track transactions and delivery confirmations
  
  
• Monitor real-time analytics on user behavior and revenue
  
  

The dashboard enables developers to scale operations, test promotional strategies, and adapt offerings quickly.

d. Revenue & Fees

• POLIADA world UAB charges a flat commission or service fee per successful transaction, communicated transparently during onboarding.
  

• Developers are not charged listing fees or monthly maintenance costs.
  
  

e. Developer Obligations

• Developers must ensure timely delivery of all purchased content.
  

• In case of disputes or user claims, developers are expected to respond within 3 business days.
  

• Content must not infringe third-party rights and must comply with applicable laws, including age restrictions where necessary.
  
  

5. Account Use & Security

 

a. Account Registration

• Both buyers and developers must create accounts to access full features of the platform.
  

• Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  
  

b. Confidentiality & Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
  

• Any activity conducted under a user's account is deemed their responsibility, unless reported as unauthorized within a reasonable timeframe.
  
  

6. Prohibited Conduct

 

Users must not engage in activities that may compromise the platform or violate these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Uploading unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
  

• Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt platform operations
  

• Misrepresenting content or impersonating another individual/entity
  

• Circumventing pricing, delivery, or verification mechanisms
  

• Using the Marketplace for any unauthorized commercial activity
  
  

Violations may lead to account suspension, permanent removal, and legal action, depending on the severity.

 

7. Platform Updates & Modifications

 

POLIADA world UAB reserves the right to:

• Update features and functionalities of the Poliada Marketplace
  

• Modify or remove digital content listings
  

• Adjust fee structures or transaction rules (with notice to developers)
  
  

Changes to these Terms will be announced via email and/or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform implies agreement with the updated terms.

 

8. Legal Compliance

 

Poliada Marketplace and POLIADA world UAB operate in full compliance with:

• GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation
  

• EU Consumer Rights Directive
  

• Lithuanian Law on Electronic Commerce and related legal acts
  
  

We are committed to protecting user data, ensuring lawful processing, and providing transparent consumer protections.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

The Poliada Marketplace is offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. POLIADA world UAB makes no guarantees of continuous, error-free service.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
  

• Failures caused by force majeure or third-party systems
  

• Losses arising from user error or misuse
  

• Issues outside our reasonable control
